Try This Summer Jal Jeera
Jal jeera is one of the most popular Indian summer drink. Lets have a look to prepare it at home in this summer.
Ingredients :
- 2 table-spoon Mint leaves
- 1/2 t-spoon Cumin seeds, roasted and grounded
- 1 large lemon
- 1/2 t-spoon Black salt
- 1/4 t-spoon salt or to taste
- a pinch of red chilli powder
- 10 corriander leaves
- 2 t-spoon raw mango pulp, boiled
- 1 1/2 cups chilled water
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Grind mint and coriander leaves to form a paste.
- Add lemon juice to it.
- Take water in a bowl or jug and add all the ingredients to it.
- Mix it well for 2 minutes.
- Serve Jal Jeera chilled in glasses and add ice cubes to it.
