Jal Jeera Recipe

Try This Summer Jal Jeera 

Jal jeera is one of the most popular Indian summer drink. Lets have a look to prepare it at home in this summer.

Ingredients :
  • 2 table-spoon Mint leaves
  • 1/2 t-spoon Cumin seeds, roasted and grounded
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 t-spoon Black salt 
  • 1/4 t-spoon salt or to taste
  • a pinch of red chilli powder
  • 10 corriander leaves 
  • 2 t-spoon raw mango pulp, boiled 
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled water
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Method to make Jal Jeera:
  • Grind mint and coriander leaves to form a paste. 
  • Add lemon juice to it.
  • Take water in a bowl or jug and add all the ingredients to it. 
  • Mix it well for 2 minutes.
  • Serve Jal Jeera chilled in glasses and add ice cubes to it.
